Refund Policy

Updated 2 October 2026

Who handles payments

We do not take payments directly. Every purchase in our apps goes through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, so the refund is issued by the store that charged you, to the same payment method.

App Store (iPhone, iPad)

Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose “I’d like to” → “Request a refund” and select the purchase. Apple decides on the request, usually within a few days. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.

Google Play (Android)

Within 48 hours of the purchase you can request a refund directly in Google Play: open your order history, find the purchase and request a refund. After that, write to us at foodysupport@gmail.com with the order number (it starts with GPA.); we review every request and can refund Google Play purchases through Google.

Cancelling a subscription

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store at least 24 hours before it renews: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.

If we have to end your access during a paid period through no fault of yours, we will refund the unused part (for App Store purchases, we will help you get it back from Apple). None of this limits your statutory consumer rights.
